Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Stone Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
