Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Nova Timber Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Portland. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
