Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Amber Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 733 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
