Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
