Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Silverline Ridge Early Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
