Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client orders. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
