Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Omaha with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
