Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Reno caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
