Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Stonegate Iron Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
