Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Amberfield North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
