Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
