Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Medical Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
