Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
