Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Albuquerque with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
