Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit Fox Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
