Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Corner Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
