Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
