Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Chicago with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
