Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Summit Junction Auto Group is a Reno company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
