Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Drift Health is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
