Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Silverline Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Portland. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
