Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
