Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fern Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 623 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in field inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
