Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
