Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood River Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
