Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Lumen Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Birmingham. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
