Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
