Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Union Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
