Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Indianapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
