Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Pittsburgh, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in field inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
