Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Redstone Ridge Medical Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
