Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Cedar Ridge Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
