Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Rivermark Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Detroit. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
