Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Lumen Vista Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in El Paso. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
