Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Northwind Rook Staffing is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
