Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Oak Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
