Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Bluepeak Field Staffing places workers with employers around Indianapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
