Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
