Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Greenridge Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Grand Rapids area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 278 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
