Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Timber Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
