Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Staffing Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
