Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vista Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
