Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Redstone Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Antonio. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
