Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Silverline Ashton Inspection Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on certification prep for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
