Instructor - certification prep (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be certification prep. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in field inspections. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
