Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Fernwood Glen Health runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
