Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Clearpath Timber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Birmingham. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
