Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Harborlight Vale Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Rochester. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
