Instructor - certification prep (remote)

Clearpath Rowan Health provides primary and specialty care in Wichita. We are hiring an Instructor to take on certification prep. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
