Instructor - certification prep (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Raleigh with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Instructor to lead our certification prep. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in certifications. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
